Stack Up

Terms of use

Last updated 27 September 2026

Stack Up is a stacking game made by Reynaldo Columna at Overlaydeck. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page.

Using the game

Play it and enjoy it. Do not take it apart to republish it, and do not use tools that alter the game to change your score.

The leaderboards

Today's board inside the game puts you against practice rivals that the game generates each day. They are not real people. Their names and scores are made up, and they reset at midnight.

If you use Game Center, your daily points also go to Apple's Game Center leaderboard, where the other players are real. That board is run by Apple.

Coins and purchases

Ads

Stack Up is free and paid for by ads. The first releases ship with ads switched off; once an update turns them on, there is a banner at the bottom of the screen while you play, and a full-screen ad now and then when you move on after clearing a level. You can also choose to watch a video (up to five a day) to double the coins from a win or to get slow-mo. Those are always your choice. Nothing in the game requires them, and slow-mo can be bought with coins instead.

The ads are served by Google AdMob. We do not pick the individual ads and we are not responsible for what an advertiser says or sells. If you see something that should not be there, tell us and we will report it to Google.

Remove ads is a one-time purchase that turns off the banner and the between-level ads for good. Videos you choose to watch stay available. Nothing else about the game changes.

Buying things cannot buy you a better score. Points come only from what you do in the levels.

Test builds

If you are playing a TestFlight build, it is unfinished. It may break, lose progress, show test ads, or change without notice, and things in it may never ship.

Changes to the game

Stack Up will change. Levels, prices and the leaderboards may all change, and parts of the game may be removed. If a change would take away something you paid real money for, we will tell you first.

No warranty

Stack Up is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is a game. Do not rely on it for anything that matters.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
